Whether you are interested in applying to The Hawthorn School or to our Summer Programs you will need to create an account in FACTS.
If you currently have a FACTS account with The Hawthorn School, please click on “Application” below. Enter your username and password to log into your account. Then click on “Create a New Student Application.” *
If you do not have a FACTS account with the Hawthorn School, to begin the application, you will need to create an account on the FACTS platform. Please click on “Create an Account” below. Our District Code is HAW-NY.*
*If you are applying to the Summer Programs, please be sure, under "Grade", on the drop down menu, to scroll down to "The Hawthorn School Summer Programs” and select from the Boys Camp The Dangerous Camp for Boys, or the Girls Camp The Daring Camp for Girls. You can select either Week 1, or Week 2, or Both Weeks. Do not select your child's Grade Level under "The Hawthorn School". This is for application to The Hawthorn School.
